How does shipping work?

Our fluffy cuddly products are formed from the hands of our cozy crafters and you’ve made an order! They are placed in a bed of clouds stamped with the location and on the way to whom has requested to be too cozy.


Being Too Cozy Co we put in the extra care and love preparing order for the Cozy Cloud, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

Your order will then swiftly be sent on the Too Cozy Cloud, Australia Post or Sendle if the wind speeds aren’t quick enough and then it should be safely in your cozy zone within 2-8 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can keep up with this cozy quest.

How much do I pay for shipping?

If you’re located in Australia or NZ, standard shipping is free on all orders over $80.

For orders under $80, standard shipping is $9.99.

Express Shipping is available for all regions in Australia.

When will my order arrive?

Express Shipping is available for all regions in Australia with an expected delivery between 1-3 days

Standard Shipping is included free on all orders over $50. Expected delivery is between 2-8 business days.


Please note: Although our couriers quote us these expected delivery times, sometimes they are subject to delays due to uncontrollable circumstances. When this is the case, your tracking number may show an updated delivery date. 

How do I track my order?

It’s on its way! After we pass your order to our Too Cozy Cloud, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a Tracking Number. You can enter this number into the Australia Post or Sendle site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Follow up with us directly and we can confirm your order number and provide you with your order tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Whilst we started in Australia, our heat toys and cozy products are loved all over! If you are looking to send to a different country, you’ll will expect to pay our international shipping fee.

Too Cozy Care Instructions

Theres nothing like a cuddly new friend to share memeories and cozy times with, and to promise a long fuffling life you can find all care instructions on the outter tag however care options for our Too Cozy Co Heat Toys are below:

- Gentle hand washing recommended.

- Alterativly place the toy in a delicate bag and machine wash in cold water, ensure a gentle cycle is selected.

- Do not soak or bleach.

- Do not tumble dry.

- Do not heat small heat bag for over 45 seconds.

Overall if you really want to preserve your too cozy pals cuddliness and fluffyness for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.

How long should I heat a heat bag?

Our heat bags are quick and super easy to use. We recommend removing the heat bag, and heating for 45 seconds.

If heating for longer than 45 seconds, shake and turn the heat bag over before heating any longer.

Heat times can vary depending on the size of the heat bag. Sizing and different heat times are stated on specific product listings

Note: We dont recommend heating small heat bags over 1 minute, as you can risk over heating and damaging the heat bag.

How long will my heat toy stay warm for?

After heating, these cuddly little things. They stay toasty and warm for 40 to 60 minutes.

What are the Too Cozy Heat Toys made of?

Our fluffy, cozy little friends are formed from clouds and sent from the sky on rainbows, the rest is made from the finest pollyester to be too cozy!

The secret ingredient to our famous heat bags is...

Tourmaline beads which is a odour free, safe alternative to wheat fill that can be heated or placed in the freezer to be used as a heat or cold pack. Tourmaline stone is beleived to have healing propertys and raideate positive energy helping one relax and relive stress.

Together this makes the Too Cozy Co Heat Toys. (chior proceeds to sing)

Can my heat bag be a cold bag?

Yes it can! The coolest thing is that it can also be the coolest thing.

The bead bag can be placed in the freezer for an hour and used as a too cozy cool toy for those that need a cuddle buddie in the hot climates.

Do you take suggestions or customs designs?

Of course we are open to your suggestions! We would love to see what ideas we get flying our way from the cute and cuddly to the silly and strange. Don't be shy to send an inquiry to our email adress at the bottom of the page of exactly what you would like to see.

Although we can't make any promises that your design will be made, high chances are that it will will all be on the new arrivals list!

How secure is your payment?

When it comes to privacy and security this is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

What payment types do you offer?

We accept all the go to methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions.

How do I use a discount code?

Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in, pop the code in, click "Apply" and the savings shell come!

Do you have payment plan options?

You can select from either Afterpay or ZipPay, provided you are located in Australia.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you have a returns policy?

We offer free returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order.

To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

2. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.

3. You will be asked to take a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

How long do I have to return my order?

Time is ticking and life is busy, we get it. Which is why we offer a 30 day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Can I return my order for a refund?

You can certainly return your order to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days in the same condition as it was revived.

*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be stated out on product pages and / or at checkout.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Nope! As part of our return policy we got you covered with a free shipping label.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank.

Keep in mind that before processing the refund we will need to physically assess the returned item for any damage before refunds are processed.

I have an issue with my order, what can I do?

No need to worry. You can contact us directly to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.

I need to cancel or change my order!

Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our shipping team you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
